Women’s hormone care
What your program includes
Sexual wellness
Decreased libido, decreased sex drive, changes in arousal, and discomfort with intimacy are welcome topics in your care. Corinne reviews your concerns alongside your history, medications, sleep, and relevant labs. These symptoms can have several causes and do not automatically mean you need hormone treatment.
Initial evaluation
Clinical intake and consent review, provider evaluation and lab orders, followed by a telehealth consultation to review completed labs and discuss a personalized treatment recommendation. The $299 option bills labs separately to insurance; the $399 option includes the initial core panel.
Monthly membership
Hormone management, prescription adjustments when appropriate, and a telehealth review after monitoring labs every four months. Your secure, HIPAA-compliant patient portal lets you communicate with your provider about symptoms and dosage questions. Only change a dose with your provider’s guidance. Ongoing management is $99/month with insurance-billed labs or $149/month with core monitoring labs included. Medication and medication shipping are not included in either hormone membership.
Lab monitoring
Insurance-billed labs: Initial and monitoring lab charges are separate. Orders go to Quest or Labcorp depending on coverage; copays, deductibles, coinsurance or noncovered charges may apply.
Labs-included care: The initial core panel and one routine core monitoring panel every four months during ongoing care are included. Expanded or additional testing costs extra and is disclosed before you agree.
Your provider reviews results alongside symptoms and history. The care team calls to arrange your first telehealth visit after results are received.
Medication options
Your provider may discuss commercial estradiol products and oral micronized progesterone, or an appropriate compounded formulation, based on your symptoms, history and evaluation. Enrollment does not guarantee a prescription; medication selection and dose are individualized.
Insurance & medication costs
May be covered by insurance
Commercial estradiol patches, certain other commercial estradiol products, and oral micronized progesterone may be covered, depending on your prescription benefits and authorization requirements.
Coverage is not guaranteed. Verify the exact product with your plan and pharmacy; copays, deductibles and other out-of-pocket charges may apply. Clinical evaluation and management fees are direct-pay, not insurance copays.
Compounded & self-pay options
Compounded estradiol/progesterone creams and compounded testosterone are generally self-pay. A commercial and a compounded product can contain the same hormone but have different coverage: the ingredient name alone does not establish coverage.
Some recommended prescriptions are available only through a compounding pharmacy, not a commercial retail pharmacy. Compounded testosterone-support prescriptions such as enclomiphene cost extra and are not covered by insurance under this program. HSA reimbursement may be available for eligible prescribed expenses; confirm eligibility and documentation requirements with your HSA administrator. Reimbursement is not guaranteed. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved as finished products.
Your Fullscript benefit
Every patient receives 20% off their supplement regimen through Fullscript. Supplements are purchased separately and are not included in your membership fee.

Labs are sent to either Quest or Labcorp depending on your insurance coverage, and are billed separately to your insurance. Deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and noncovered testing may apply. Our evaluation and management fees are paid directly to Vitality.

Treatment is prescribed only when clinically appropriate. Additional testing or earlier follow-up may be recommended based on your needs.
