Initial visit — without insurance
$450

includes all labs

Initial visit — with insurance
$250

insurance is used for lab work · Kaiser insurance is not accepted for lab work, so Kaiser patients are treated as cash pay

Why patients consider it

Patients may seek care for hot flashes, sleep changes, mood changes, low libido, fatigue, or other concerns they want evaluated.

What to expect

We review your symptoms, cycle and medical history, medications, goals, and relevant risks. Your provider may recommend laboratory work and discuss options based on the full evaluation.

Men's hormone care

A clinical evaluation for symptoms that may be associated with testosterone or other aspects of hormone health, with ongoing testosterone therapy when appropriate.

Testosterone therapy
$199/month

includes lab work every three months

Testosterone therapy + medication & boosters
$279/month

includes medication, 5 boosters of your choice each month — 50mg NAD+, biotin, glutathione, vitamin D3, vitamin B12, or lipoplex — and lab work every three months; boosters can be shipped for remote care

Why patients consider it

Patients may book for changes in energy, strength, mood, sexual health, sleep, or body composition.

What to expect

Expect a detailed history, discussion of symptoms and goals, and a review of relevant health risks. Laboratory testing may be recommended before any treatment decision.

Hormone pellet therapy

initial lab work required

A longer-acting hormone delivery option placed beneath the skin during an in-office procedure when clinically appropriate.

Female pellets
$450
Male pellets
$850

Why patients consider it

Some patients consider pellets when discussing hormone therapy options and prefer not to use a daily or weekly format.

What to expect

A consultation and appropriate evaluation come first, and initial lab work is required before pellet therapy. If pellets are selected, your provider explains preparation, placement, aftercare, and monitoring before the procedure.

02

Medical Weight Management

Provider-guided support that looks beyond a number on the scale to understand health history, habits, and possible treatment options.

Weight management consultation

$100initial visit · includes consultation and labs

A medical evaluation for people seeking a structured, individualized approach to weight management, including laboratory testing to understand your baseline.

Why patients consider it

Patients may consider a visit after difficulty losing weight, weight regain, health changes, or when they want to understand whether prescription treatment may be appropriate.

What to expect

We discuss your goals, medical and weight history, current medications, nutrition, activity, and prior approaches, and we order labs to establish your baseline before any treatment decision.

Phentermine

$100per month

A well-established prescription option for weight management, taken as part of a provider-guided plan with regular check-ins.

Why patients consider it

Patients may consider phentermine when they want a prescription option to support appetite control alongside nutrition and activity changes.

What to expect

Your provider reviews your history and response at follow-ups and adjusts your plan as clinically appropriate.

Tirzepatide

Starting at $325per month · +$50 if your dose increases · doses start at 2mg

A newer injectable option with ongoing provider-guided treatment, regular check-ins, and dose adjustments based on your response. Doses start at 2mg, and your plan may be adjusted over time as clinically appropriate.

Why patients consider it

Patients continue with a monthly plan when they want structured accountability, provider oversight, and treatment that adapts as their progress changes.

What to expect

Follow-up visits review progress, side effects, and results. If a dose increase is appropriate, the monthly price increases by $50 — always discussed with you before any change.

03

Aesthetics & Skin

Personalized treatments for expression lines, facial volume, skin texture, and collagen support, planned with a natural-looking result in mind.

Botox, Dysport & Daxxify

Neuromodulator injections that temporarily relax selected facial muscles responsible for certain expression lines. Botox, Dysport, and Daxxify are available, and your provider helps you choose the option that fits your goals.

Botox

$12/unit

The longest-established option. Results typically last about three to four months, so many patients plan on visits a few times a year. Often chosen for treating smaller areas with precision.

Dysport

$4/unit

Works the same way as Botox but is dosed in its own units — it typically takes about 3 units of Dysport to equal 1 unit of Botox, which is why the per-unit price is lower. Often chosen when treating broader areas, since it can be an efficient way to cover them.

Daxxify

$7/unit

Typically lasts longer, so fewer visits a year may be needed. It takes about 2 units of Daxxify to equal 1 unit of Botox, so it tends to cost a bit more per treatment despite the longer duration. It is formulated with a peptide stabilizer rather than human albumin. A good fit if you're busy and can't make it into the clinic four times a year.

These products are measured in different units, so per-unit prices aren't directly comparable — Dysport is dosed at roughly 3 units per Botox unit and Daxxify at roughly 2. Your provider quotes the total for your treatment plan at your visit.

Why patients consider it

Patients often consider treatment for forehead lines, frown lines, or lines around the eyes (also called Crow's Feet).

What to expect

We discuss the areas you would like to address, assess facial movement, and review expected results and aftercare. Treatment can be performed when appropriate following the consultation.

Dermal fillers

Injectable treatments used to restore or refine volume in selected areas of the face.

Lips
$650
Cheeks
$1,200+
Nasolabial folds
$650+
Chin
Starting at $650
Fine lines around the mouth (smokers lines)
Starting at $650+

Final price depends on your treatment plan.

Treatment with two or more syringes in one visit is $100 off.

Why patients consider it

Patients may consider filler for volume changes, facial balance, or enhancement of a particular feature.

What to expect

Your provider evaluates facial structure, discusses your goals, and recommends an approach and amount before treatment. Aftercare and expected swelling are reviewed with you.

Sculptra

$850per vial · $1,600 for two vials

An injectable biostimulator designed to support gradual collagen production rather than create an immediate filled appearance.

Why patients consider it

Patients may consider Sculptra for gradual improvement in facial volume and skin support.

What to expect

We assess your goals and treatment areas, explain the expected timeline and potential series of visits, and review aftercare before proceeding.

SkinPen microneedling

$400per treatment

A treatment that creates controlled microchannels in the skin to support its natural renewal process. PRP may be added to the microneedling treatment when appropriate, and VAMP is available as an optional addition to microneedling.

Add PRP

$100

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) uses a small sample of your own blood, processed to concentrate the platelets and growth factors your body naturally uses for healing. Applied during microneedling, it is often chosen by patients looking to support collagen, skin texture, and overall skin quality.

Add VAMP

$150

VAMP is a vitamin- and nutrient-rich revitalizing solution delivered into the skin during microneedling. It is often chosen by patients looking to boost hydration and give the skin a refreshed, healthy-looking glow.

Why patients consider it

Patients may consider microneedling for the appearance of texture, fine lines, enlarged pores, or certain acne scars.

What to expect

We assess your skin and goals, apply topical numbing when appropriate, perform the treatment, and explain the expected redness and home care afterward.

04

IV Therapy & Wellness Injections

In-clinic infusions and quick vitamin boosters, selected after a brief health review and delivered under clinical supervision. IV infusions start at $129, and booster injections range from $15 to $65 depending on the formulation.

IV hydration and vitamin infusions

Starting at $129per infusion

Fluids, electrolytes, and selected vitamins and nutrients are delivered through an IV while you relax in the clinic. Your provider helps you choose a formulation that fits your goals, whether that is hydration, energy, recovery, or general wellness support.

Why patients consider it

Patients often ask about IV therapy for hydration, support during busy or demanding seasons, recovery after travel or illness, or simply as a wellness reset. Every infusion begins with a conversation about what you are hoping to get out of it.

What to expect

We start with a brief health screening and review of your goals. If treatment is appropriate, the IV is placed by our clinical team and you are monitored throughout the infusion while you rest.

Vitamin and wellness injections

$15–65per booster injection

A quick in-office injection using a formulation selected for your individual needs. Booster visits are short, so they are easy to fit into a busy week.

Why patients consider it

Patients may consider a booster after discussing wellness goals or a documented need with their provider — for example, low energy, a desire for antioxidant support, or nutrition gaps.

What to expect

Your visit includes a short screening, a review of the proposed injection, and time for questions before it is administered.
